shaped by nature

The early days of Limber Grove looked like this..
I'd load up the van to the ceiling with boxes of hats to sell - and my two pups, Eden and Doobs, with just enough extra space to sleep in the bed in the back. We'd hit the road, Berthoud Pass to Winter Park, then Steamboat and the Flat Tops, over and down to Junction and into the San Juans. Ridgeway, Telluride, Ouray, Silverton. The best days of my life were spent camping around the state with my furry best friends.
-
We knocked on a lot of doors and met a lot of great locals. People who were "Living the Dream" in their own self-proclaimed slice of paradise in the Colorado Mountains. The feeling you get meeting someone who is truly in love with life, and its daily potential, is electric.

When I started Limber Grove I was searching for a way to spend more time in the mountains, on the road, in the trees. I had a desire to create something that was meaningful for others and myself. The mountains are full of meaning. The night sky has made me feel it to my bones.
-
Doobs is gone, and Edes is old. Looking back we've spent so many days climbing, fishing, skiing, exploring together. Growing. Living..
Now I wake up to catch the sun rise as often as I can. The sunrise in the mountains is one of those things that reminds you how indisputably beautiful and amazing life is. Something we should never forget.
-
So what is Limber Grove? I'm discovering that as we go.
The time I've spent in the mountains has made my life so much richer than I ever could have imagined. I create caps and apparel that symbolize what is in my heart and the memories I've made here. I opened a shop in downtown Breck to share love, wonder, and excitement for life here in my own little slice of paradise.
